FACILITATION OF CHANGE PROCESSES IN ORGANISATIONS

Is your organisation not performing as it should? Are you losing customers? Are there more and more complaints? Do your empolyees lose their motivation? Are conflicts arising more and more? Do you want to move forward with your team?

As facilitator of change processes I support you and your employees in finding an appropriate way for the long-term survival of your organization. And this within reasonable time. The goal ist to recognize, name and harness the potentials and resources of your organisation regarding change and performance. The focus is on your employees that are supported through coaching and training.

The process begins with an analysis of the situation. Interviews with employees and managers as well as studies of files and protocols are the basis of interventions.

Depending on the needs specific workshops are offered. For example:

  • Refocus of culture, vision and mission
  • Develop a viable strategy
  • Implement strategic goals: create effective processes, adequate and appropriate structures, functions and organs
  • Establish clear channels of communication
  • Develop leadership upon esteem
  • Check how the agreed objectives have been achieved
